Licensing
KODO for Endpoints server is licensed per number of protected devices. You can buy a perpetual license (e.g. 1 Year Subscription and Support) or choose the monthly subscription (the minimum number of months is 12). The purchased license also includes the IBM Spectrum Protect license, so you don't have to buy any additional one.

Monthly subscription
The minimum number of subscription months you have to purchase in the license is 12.
Perpetual license

SLA customization:
Currently, there's only one support level with the following SLA:
- 7 days per week x 24 hours
