Administrators

There are two tabs available in the Administrators section: Kodo Portal Administrators and Kodo Organization Administrators.

In the Kodo Portal Administrators tab you have the following options available:

  • Add Administrator

  • Reset password

  • Reset and email password

  • Edit

  • Delete

Add administrator

To add a new administrator, click the Add Administrator button and fill in the required fields

Click the Save button to finish or the Cancel to dismiss.

Removing organization administrator account

To remove an account you have to click the drop-down menu on the right side of the administrator user and select the Delete option.

To confirm the deletion by entering the username of the administrator.

Resetting password for the organization administrator account

To reset the password for the organization administrator just click the drop-down menu and choose Reset password for manual password set,

Click the Save button to finish or the Cancel to dismiss.

Another way to change the password is to click the Reset and email password option for automatic password generation. The generated password will be sent to the email provided for the account.

Click Yes to reset and send or No to cancel the operation.
